Contact Roast Lab

Corrections, questions and disagreements are all welcome. If something here does not match your experience of a machine, that is genuinely useful information.

What to write about

  • Corrections. A figure that is wrong, a specification that has changed, or guidance that does not hold up in practice.
  • Clarifications. Anything explained in a way that left you more confused than when you started.
  • Gaps. A tool, a roast stage, or a concept you expected to find and did not.
  • Safety concerns. If any guidance here could lead someone into danger, we want to know immediately.

What we cannot help with

We cannot diagnose a fault with your specific machine, advise on a commercial purchase, or provide roasting support for a production business. For equipment faults, the manufacturer or your supplier is the correct route. For anything involving a potential fire or gas hazard, contact a qualified technician rather than relying on a website.

Response times

Roast Lab is maintained as a reference project rather than a commercial support desk. Substantive questions usually get a reply within a week. Corrections that affect safety are prioritised.

A note about this form

This site is generated as static HTML with no server component, so the contact form validates your input in the browser and then stops. Nothing is sent and nothing is stored. In a live deployment this form would deliver messages to the site maintainer.
